Maintenance Technician

The Aluminum City Terrace Housing Association (a 250-unit residential community) located in New Kensington is currently accepting applications for a full time Maintenance Technician. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 to 4 pm. Duties include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of furnaces, hot water tanks, tubs, tub surrounds, commodes, sinks, etc. Knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cement work, and general building maintenance is required. The employee must be willing to be on-call every other week after normal business hours, including weekends and holidays.

Starting rate is $20/hour, benefit package after 90-day probation period. Applicants must pass a criminal background check to be considered for employment.
