Maintenance Technician

The Aluminum City Terrace Housing Association (a 250-unit residential community) located in New Kensington is currently accepting applications for a full time Maintenance Technician. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 to 4 pm. Duties include, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of furnaces, hot water tanks, tubs, tub surrounds, commodes, sinks, etc. Electrical and carpentry is required. The safety and the comfort of our members and candidates is a top priority and must work well with others. The employee must be willing to be on-call every other week after normal business hours, including weekends and holidays.

Starting rate is $20/hour, benefit package after 90-day probation period. Applicants must pass a criminal background check to be considered for employment.
