The Borough of Braddock is hiring for the following positions:
Clerical Assistant - Part Time
This is a confidential position that requires a person with excellent skills who will perform a variety of highly responsible, complex, and confidential clerical and office support functions related to the day to day operations the Braddock Borough departments. These functions/departments may include, but are not limited to, residential/customer services, Sewer department, Borough Council, legal issues, engineering, building code enforcement, Police Department, public works and Borough maintenance, business development, and community/organization engagement.
Utility Clerk, Sewer Department
Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative support functions for the Borough Sewer Department, 5 days a week/30 hours per week. This position requires excellent computer, verbal Communication and written Sills. The position is responsible for maintaining the records of the Borough Sewer Utility customers. The position also requires strong customer service skills and the ability to perform a variety of tasks as needed. This position handles several financial processes associated with the sewer utility system. Involves clerical, research, and data entry functions, requiring strong organizational and technical skills. In addition, this position acts as receptionist and involves public contact.
