Sales and Marketing Director - St. Clare Commons
Located in vibrant Perrysburg, St. Clare Commons is a beautiful continuing care retirement community who offers assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Director to join our team of professionals who promote the values of Compassion, Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence, and Collaboration in their interactions and service.
The Sales and Marketing Director is a vital member of the campus leadership team, reporting to the Executive Director. This role is responsible for all aspects of marketing and selling the assisted living and memory care services. This person should have a passion to serve, have high energy and be a motivated sales professional. The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for external sales, marketing, and community relations.
Essential Functions:
- Meet and exceed sales and marketing goals.
- Build trusting, long-standing relationships and external business development.
- Lead and coordinate community outreach and events (virtual and in-person).
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plan.
- Manage CRM database.
- Conduct tours of community.
- Identify, nurture and close leads.
- Provide customer service training to community.
- Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Qualifications:
- A passion to serve seniors
- High energy
- Organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two years of professional sales experience with proven track record
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience with Enquire Solutions CRM preferred but not required
