Fiscal Director/Controller (non-Profit Organization in Uniontown, PA)

Oversee all accounting functions for non-profit organization including reconciling all bank statements, oversee payroll functions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and run month-end and year-end reports. Oversee contract preparation and billing for services, prepare financial reports to funders, reports to agency board of directors, prepare annual agency budget, and 5-year cost allocation plan. Prepare documentation for program audits and annual agency audits.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field of study (Required)
One year of experience working in non-profit fund accounting (Required)
Two years experience in a non-profit human service agency (Preferred)
Two years experience/knowledge of Blackbaud Financial Edge or similar accounting software. (Preferred)
