Head Women's Swimming Coach
California University of Pennsylvania seeks to hire a full-time coach who will be responsible for the administration of the collegiate women's swimming program.
Job Summary / Basic Function:
The head coach, in collaboration with the Athletics Director, or his/her designee, the assistant coaches and the support staff is responsible for the administration of the collegiate women's swimming program in a way that reflects the athletics' department program goals. The head coach is responsible for creating an environment that is supportive of individual differences and maximizes the educational and athletic development of the student athletes.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Must have proficient knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Minimum of Education / Training:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of two years of collegiate women's swimming coaching experience at the NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA or Junior College level as a head or assistant coach is required.
Demonstrated successful women's swimming fundraising and summer camps coordination is required.
