Lead Teacher, Child Development Center
Seton Hill University Lead Teacher, Child Development Center Seton Hill University has a full-time opening for a Lead Teacher in our Child Development Center. The Child Development Center provides for the holistic development of pre-kindergarten age children within a nurturing early childhood environment to design, organize, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children; to direct the educational experiences of students who study or work in the center. Under the supervision of the Director of the CDC, the Lead Teacher manages one classroom in the center, along with the other planning and organizational responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, PA certification in Early Childhood Education, and prior experience in an early childhood setting is required. The candidate must be able to communicate verbally and in writing and must be able to travel within the University community.
