Personal Assistant
This Executive Personal Assistant will support a high-level Executive in all aspects of travel arrangements and calendar management. To fit in with the company dynamic, they are seeking someone who is confident, hardworking, and extremely dependable. Organization and attention to detail are key qualities for this position, as the Executive Personal Assistant will be managing various moving parts in order to ensure this individual is working as efficiently and productively as possible.
Responsibilities of the Executive Personal Assistant:
Calendar Management
Scheduling client meetings and conference calls
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
Generating expense reports
Creating, editing, and proofreading PowerPoint presentations and documents
Handling confidential information
Qualifications for the Executive Personal Assistant:
1-3 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant
Passion for the administrative support position
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Professional experience working in Microsoft Excel
Must Haves:
Ability to work well with others
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong time management and communication skills
