Full-Time Administrative Assistant
KUResources, Inc., a growing environmental management and site engineering firm, is seeking a full-time administrative assistant. The position would be responsible for answering phones, taking messages, filing, and handling the mail. This position will also be responsible for handling our monthly invoicing/billing process for an organizational unit within the company. Assistance with marketing efforts such as proposals and other marketing efforts is required. Additional duties will include working with our accounting department on multiple tasks, developing and maintaining relationships with co-workers, and keeping track of internal schedules. The company is interested in candidates who are proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with the accounting program InFocus/Unanet is preferred but not required. Must have the ability to multi-task, are able to work well with others, and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
