Facilities Care Specialist
The Municipality of Murrysville is seeking a dedicated Facilities Care Specialist to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming
environment for all who visit and work within our municipal building and park facilities. In this role, youll be a crucial part of our team, providing care and attention to the spaces our staff and
community rely on every day. Candidates will be expected to perform caretaking work including but not limited to cleaning and maintaining various municipal buildings and grounds, park facilities, and park restrooms. This individual will perform routine duties such as sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, sanitizing and general-purpose cleaning. Other special duties may be assigned including stocking supplies, washing walls, spot cleaning, and minor light maintenance tasks. The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent education, a valid Pennsylvania drivers license, appropriate clearance and criminal background checks, and the ability to work without close supervision. Salary range of $35,000 to$50,000 but may be adjusted accordingly depending upon experience.
