Operations Excellence Leader, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, Tool and Die Maker

has the following immediate key openings:
Operations Excellence Leader (OEL)
This individual will lead, promote and facilitate the successful implementation of the NORMA Group Production System (NPS) at the local site. Will drive Operational Excellence projects and results (KPI) within the local site to improve efficiency within production and other areas through continuous improvement. This will include assisting in achieving site BSC and KPI`s and Strategic plan objectives and participates in monthly KPI reviews; promote & facilitate the establishment of NPS tools and conduct on-site kaizens applying them; promote and facilitate diagnosis of the flow of work and information to identify improvement priorities, waste and Operational Excellence cost saving projects; lead and facilitate Kaizen process and develop other on-site associates in NPS tools and methods; evaluate and sign-off other Operational Excellence Leaders or associates for Subject Matter Experts; perform benchmarking studies as required; drives “best practices” in all areas of responsibility. Requirements: Must be proficient in executing lean principles; experienced with high-speed, high-volume production of components, as well as manual and fully automatic assembly processes; 5-10 years’ experience in executing Kaizens with Master or Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/production management, business administration or operational excellence.
Production Supervisor
Supervises the shift manufacturing shop employees: assigns work, implements policies and procedures, recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, safety and working conditions across the shift. Desired experience: problem analysis and problem resolution at both the functional and strategic level; Technical skills in production/engineering management, quality assurance; Flexibility with ability to interact across functions and management; Thorough knowledge of ISO and IATF standards; Strong customer orientation; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong team player with ability and experience to build high performance teams across all shifts; PC proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 5 -10 years’ experience of manufacturing management and leadership in a high volume, fast paced production environment.
Manufacturing Engineer
This individual will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of NORMA’s Quality, Cost and Delivery systems. These areas shall include new and/or existing processes and systems necessary to achieve Norma’s Vision, Mission, and Business Plan goals. Requirements: A BS or AS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and/or minimum of 5 -7 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high volume, fast paced production environment. Desired experience: CAD, PLCs, Servo applications, Robotics, Vision, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting, Statistical analysis and Labeling applications; Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision; Strong problem-solving capabilities, hands-on, team-oriented approach, familiar with Control Plans, PFMEAs and Process Flow Diagrams; PC proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Tool and Die Maker
This individual must be able to operate lathes, mills, shapers, grinders, punch presses, read blueprints and use all types of measuring tools. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years tool and die making experience in a fast paced, high volume production environment. Certification in Tool and Die Making preferred.
