Position available beginning July 1, 2022. Enrollment approximately 5,300; grades K-12; approximately $80 million budget. This position is part of the Executive Leadership Team for Norwin School District and reports directly to the Superintendent.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations OR Masters or Doctoral Degree in educational administration. Required experience: minimum of five (5) years of human resources experience (public or private sector) OR a minimum of three (3) years of school district central office experience with human resources.
Must be knowledgeable about staffing/recruiting, on-boarding, contract negotiations, employee relations, labor unions, federal/state regulations, employment laws, benefits administration, and data technology coordination. Experience with school safety/security and federal/state mandated reporting accountability is value-added.
The successful candidate must be able to lead and manage the human resources department while increasing capacity, accountability, and efficiency for improved effectiveness among administrative, professional, and District personnel. Salary range: $120,000 to $132,000 with a highly competitive compensation package, negotiable based on experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, and abilities.
