Chief Operating Officer

Oversee all major divisions (Workforce, Education and Early Childhood) of the organization and assist with the implementation of the diversity, equity and inclusion plan.

Education: B.S. in Business or related field.

Experience: 8 years of senior managerial experience implementing and managing grant funded programs and with developing business partnerships working for a non-profit agency, highly preferred.
