Part Time Corporate Paralegal

Robindale Energy Services, a growing company with multiple locations primarily in Western Pennsylvania is seeking qualified candidates for a Part Time Corporate Paralegal position in our corporate office located in Latrobe. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, assists inside counsel with corporate governance, data collection and reports, renewals and required filings with government agencies, managing electronic and physical filing systems, drafting correspondence and general office tasks and other additional support. The position requires up to 20 hours per week on site with the potential to convert to full-time. A successful candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, basic understanding of corporate governance or prior experience with corporate minutes, resolutions, consents and formation documents, ability to use all MS Office applications, strong organizational skills and be able to multitask in an effective manner.
