Land Analyst

Robindale Energy Services, a growing company with multiple locations primarily in Western Pennsylvania is seeking qualified candidates for a Land Analyst position in our corporate office located in Latrobe Pennsylvania. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, assists inside counsel and accounting department by inputting, managing and tracking data from the companys portfolio of leases and contracts, assist land agents with title reports, filings with Recorder of Deeds in various counties, new leases/contracts, option tracking, various correspondence and communications with lessors and counterparties, maintenance of physical and electronic filing systems, preparation of collateral schedules for credit facility agreements and other additional support. A successful candidate should have a College degree or 5 years of equivalent practical experience, prior experience populating and administering land management software, prior experience incorporating new land management or contract administration software into existing business, prior experience in mining sector, ability to use all MS Office applications, strong organizational skills and be able to multitask in an effective manner.
