Academic Records Coordinator

Seton Hill University seeks applications for a full time Academic Records Coordinator.

The Academic Records Coordinator will provide support in the maintenance of academic records and the evaluation of academic credit. The incumbent will be expected to operate with precision and efficiency while delivering first-class customer service to all stakeholders.
This position will evaluate prospective students prior transcripts and other forms of credit for acceptance into a Seton Hill University degree program; maintain official transfer guides and articulation agreements; fulfill transcript requests through the National Student Clearinghouse; maintain fluency and compliance with FERPA, Seton Hill policies, and AACRAO best practices; and assist members of the Registrar team with other duties as assigned.
Incumbent must possess strong analytical skills and a very high attention to detail; ability to create and maintain complex records; ability to collaborate effectively to solve problems; and have Impeccable customer service orientation. A bachelor's degree and prior experience in a higher education setting is preferred.
