Contact Center Representative
Join the Team of Specialists in a fast-paced contact center for four branches. You will become an expert on transactions, services, products, and processes. This position is for the individual who thrives on knowledge and communicating it to our members. Must be able to multi-task, research for problem resolution and have a high comfort level in the use of computers. Team-work and excellent communication skills required. Previous banking experience preferred, but not required. Will train.
