The Municipality of Penn Hills Water Pollution Control Department is seeking full-time Laborers to train in wastewater operations and maintenance and prepare to become certified by the PA Department of Environmental Protection as a certified Wastewater Operator. Must obtain a PA DEP Class B, E Subclass 1 Wastewater Certification within 3 years of date of hire. Once certification is obtained, the employee will advance to Wastewater Operator when positions are available.
