Regional Tocqueville Development Officer, Major Gifts Programs
United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania Pittsburgh Office UWSWPA is seeking an experienced major gift development officer to be responsible for managing a portfolio of Tocqueville Society members (donors contributing $10,000+ annually) and planned giving donor relationships. This work will include, but not be limited to, developing and managing relationships with specifically assigned donors and prospects with the capacity to give $10,000 or more on an annual basis. This officer will focus 75% of their time within Allegheny County and 25% of the time in Butler and Westmoreland Counties.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five plus years of non-profit fundraising experience, with at least three of those years in a role focused on major gift identification, cultivation, solicitation, and recognition. 3-5 years of experience with various types of planned giving instruments preferred.
