211 is a nationally recognized service that connects people in need to community resources. The Pittsburgh office that currently services 30 counties across PA, including the Erie and Philadelphia regions, is seeking a 211 Contact Center Technology Specialist. This professional should be a highly motivated, energetic, and technologically driven person to help the 211 Contact Center continue to evolve and grow. If you are a techie, then 211 is looking for you! Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Technology Specialist will focus on the technology side of the 2-1-1 system, assisting with automated Data Transfers and special reporting, IVR/EIVR and Telephony Services, and the Workforce Management System. The Technology Specialist must have excellent communication and organizational skills including the ability to manage priorities to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required BS or AD in technology-related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred non-profit or volunteer experience, workforce management experience, and WordPress or other CMS website management tools are a plus.
