Customer Service Representative

Vasco Federal Credit Union is seeking a fulltime member service representative.  The primary job function of the successful candidate will be processing consumer loan applications.  Other responsibilities will include performing teller transactions, including cash handling and check cashing and responding to general inquiries both in person and over the telephone, opening new accounts, handling debit card disputes and assisting the credit union manager with bill paying, managing the cash vault and ATM.  

The credit union has been operating in Latrobe for over fifty years.  The pace is generally laid back and the position is mostly low stress.  We are open Monday through Friday and are closed all federal holidays.

The position pays a competitive salary, including health, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation time and a 401K plan.  Prior financial institution employment is preferred but is not necessary.  Please send a letter of application or resume.  The position is available immediately.
