Operations and Compliance Manager

The Western Westmoreland Municipal Authority is seeking an experienced professional for the full-time position of Operations and Compliance Manager. A bachelors degree with at least 5 years of experience in the wastewater industry is preferred, but not required. The applicant will be responsible for planning, directing, assigning and reviewing activities for all aspects of Operations and Compliance at the Authority. Applicants must possess and continually maintain a valid PA driver's license at the time of hire. Applicants must also possess and maintain a Class B, E Subclass 1 PA DEP Sewage Treatment Plant and Collection System Operators License or the ability to obtain the above license within 1 year of employment. The Operations and Compliance Manager reports directly to the Authority Manager.
